International Commercial Bank is looking for a qualified candidate in the following position:

Position: Branch Manager

City: Tirana

Reports to: Head of Distribution Network

Job Purpose :

The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office including; operations, lending, product sales, customer service and security & safety in accordance with Bank’s objectives and rules & regulations in force.

Main Duties &Responsibilities:

Provides high-quality service in compliance with the established procedures of the Bank, by identifying, analyzing and handling the customer needs in a professional manner in order to convert them into sales;
Develop the business of the branch in terms of deposits, credit portfolio and other products
Ensure all banking transactions accounting is executed correctly and accurately and in accordance with internal rules/manuals and other governing bodies rules
Is responsible for achieving the targets set by the Management;
Provide a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation
Participate in community affairs to increase the Bank’s visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities
Stays informed on the latest changes in the bank products;
Provides feedback/information regarding the sales, product characteristics, when needed, in order to enable a more efficient and effective decision-making;

Criteria for this Job Profile :

Holds a University Degree (preferably in Economic)
Have minimum 5 years of experience in Banking sector (Credit field, Customer Service)
Previous experience in management is a plus
Very good command of English language
Very good command of Microsoft Office package
Very good communication skills and be a team player
Very good negotiation skills, sales skills and be a proactive person
Very good leadership skills
